Individuals with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia often develop challenging behaviors that can be difficult to manage. As cognitive abilities decline and the ability to speak diminishes, the person may try to express his or her needs behaviorally. Common reasons for challenging behaviors include boredom, loneliness, loss of purpose, and fear.

What are my shipping options?
Kits are shipped at a flat rate of $11.95 within the contiguous United States. We use only USPS to ship. If you wish to pick up your kit, you live outside of the contiguous US, or would like to arrange other delivery options, please place your order by phone at (714) 593-9630.
How long will delivery take?
Your order will be processed within 3 business days of your order being placed online. Once processed, we will ship your kit using USPS which will take 5 to 10 business days, depending on where it is going.
What is the tax rate?
We are based in Orange County California and are required to charge the county tax rate of 7.75%.

We believe you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have a concern about your item, or wish to return your item within 30-days, please contact us at (714) 593-9630 or via email at MCT@AFSCenter.org. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
As you are a non-profit, can I deduct this purchase from my taxes?
Though we are a 501 c (3) non-profit organization, the purchase of a Memory Care Tools kit does not constitute a donation to the agency. Please consult with your tax advisor.
